[pptp-server] RPMs for PPTP with MSCHAP/MPPE patch

I built PPTP with the MSCHAP/MPPE patches a while back, and thought they might
be useful to others.  I posted links on the mailing list, but since then the
links have changed.  Maybe you could post them on the main PPTP website?
