[pptp-server] win2k, pptpd 1.1.2, pppd 2.4.0 and Linux 2.4.2

Actually, the problem seems to only when the connection is encrypted. Traffic 
doesn't flow across the encrypted channel. Unencrypted is reported as ok.  
I'm come across something that leads me to believe encrypted *MIGHT* work 
with pptpd 1.0.1 (and W2K).  Since I don't have a W2K to test against, could 
someone using the 2.4 kernel, 2.4 pppd try an encrypted connection with pptpd 
1.0.1 and not pptpd 1.1.2 and report back success or failure?
