What do you mean by both ip addresses of the ppp link?

 From what I know, you can configure pptp with the --with-pppd-ip-alloc 
option.  This will allow you to statically assign IP addresses to a 
connection based upon user login.  This is done in the chap-secrets file.

The PPTP HOW-TO has a step-by-step procedure on how to configure it.
