[pptp-server] Thorough PPTPD Setup

No.. my work was using 2.2.19 for a while before I movd to 2.4 kernal (bad
move, still haven't fixed this bloody mppe problem).. I used the 2.2.17
patches and it worked..

	Finally getting back to my machine ... so, since I can't seem to
find a patch for the 2.2.19 kernel, does that mean I'm going to have
to use a 2.2.17 kernel to use pptpd?
