I use options.pptp for the file in /etc/ppp
and 
ms-dns xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
ms-wins xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I was wondering under what file and what syntax is need to set up VPN's DHCP
to hand out a Microsoft DNS and WINS server address for name resolution?
