No, do you want to write the code for it....
 
You can't setup PPPD to be the man in the middle between authentication, I
think for security reasons..
 
Best you can do is use the libsmb and authenticate the users on samba
locally. I've heard of some Radius authentication a while back but not sure
the outcome of it....
