[pptp-server] PPTP authentication

There is a patch out there to authenitcate via the smbpasswd file.  On the
subject of authenication to a real live NT (running NT) pdc,
authentication would have to be, passed along strait from the ppp stream
to the NT server.  After several discussions with the samba-tng folks, it
seems MSCHAPv2 is really NTLMv2, so if anybody wants to write the code, it
wouldn't be too hard to get the inital hash from the NT server, and then
just proxy the information between the client to the server and back till
authenitcation is granted.
