[pptp-server] Samba can't access Workgroups

I can successfully make a PPTP connection.  I can also successfully
access Network Neighborhood & view the workgroups....  But for the Love
of God, I can't access any of the workgroups.

There is no NT domain, and I have Samba setup as the Wins server.  I
have 2 ethernet cards, and am able to do:

>smbclient -U% -L host1

>smbclient -U% -L host2

& see the same output.  Any suggestions?
