[pptp-server] Ok with pppd 2.3.8, problems with pppd 2.3.11

This message can appear if you aren't passing "noauth" to the ppp that's
calling out (otherwise ppp will require the pptp server to authenticate
itself).

IIRC, also check (no)ipdefault.

Urghh... this suggests to me that when you solve the first problem you may
meet a new one :-(
