use that:

deb-src http://ftp.at.debian.org/debian/ unstable main non-free contrib
deb-src http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US main
contrib non-free

and sorry, i wanted to write apt-get source pppd because the pppd DOES the
encryption not the pptpd. you need apply the mppe to the pppd
