[pptp-server] Special routing requirement for pptp?

Trace with GRE packets..... I think you can change the proto field number
in more recent versions of traceroute, but somebody wrote a hack to just
use GRE packets.  Odds are its a backup link or something in your cable
isp, and it switches over to that at hevey load times..... it probilly
blocks some protocols on purpose to lower traffic.
