[pptp-server] MPPE stopped again...

The only patch I did for pppd was the openssl-0.9.6 patch... Was there other
patches for pppd-2.4.1 for mschap-v2 etc..etc..??

Its the inital chap secret... as far as I can tell.... it would be a pppd
bug.
