[pptp-server] FreeBSD 3.4 and PoPToP

	I've heard it about a million times already, but I'm not about to switch to
mpd-netgraph for a few reasons.
	However, PoPToP by default doesn't seem to support mppe under FreeBSD 3.4,
as per the ports install.  I've found reference to Moreton Bay keeping
patches for this when they ran the PoPToP page, but that's all gone now.
	Does anyone have the necessary patches that I would need?  As it stands,
the VPN that we've set up with working fine, it's just sending in the clear,
and I'd like to fix that.
