[pptp-server] pptp through firewall

It doesn't seem to help.
New settings:

localip 192.168.200.240
remoteip 192.168.200.241-254
====
At least my first boneheaded error is out of the way, but I'm still getting
the same exact problems.

So that the proxyarp function can work properly, the local/remote IP's
should be part of the same subnet.
Plus, you really do not need a range for the local side. Try:
localip 192.168.200.240
remoteip 192.168.200.241-254
