[pptp-server] Win98 authentication fails.

best best is to apply the domain patch to remove the domain from the
authentication. That's all I can think of.

pptpd --version says 1.1.2 so I guess that should be alright - double
checked that my rc script starts the right executable too.
I've tried with both dipcard\\ab and DIPCARD\\ab - and the problem still
persists.
Could there be some patches/fixes/updates to either win98,pppd or poptop I
should know about?
Btw. thanks for the help - it's nice to get something new to try out when
I've run out of ideas :)
