[pptp-server] Netmask

I have never been successful in getting windows to honor the netmask
directive in the ppp options file. Windows PPTP clients seem to assign a
class based netmask. Since you are assigning the remote PPTP client an IP
address in the 10.x.x.x range (class a), then the netmask would be
255.0.0.0. <groan>
