[pptp-server] Help: Could not determine local IP address

Hi,

I'm trying to set up this program and connect to it with win2k.  I keep
getting the error "Could not determine local IP address".  I believe this is
related to my settings for localip and remoteip.

I do not really understand what these two sets of numbers are.  If someone
could offer a simple explanation, I would greatly appreciate it.
