[pptp-server] Logging onto a Domain Controller

Keep in mind that for reasons unknown to me, some things only work as 
modules, and do not work if compiled in.  For instance, I had a NIC card 
driver I compiled in and the card would never work.  Recompiled it as a 
modules and it worked fine (making no other changes).
