If you want accounting and IP allocation to be done by RADIUS that won't help;
do a web search for 'portslave' instead. If you do some work with the patches
to pppd in it, then you can get a pppd that does PAP and CHAP authentication
via RADIUS as well as accounting (start and stop records).
