[pptp-server] pptpd exits after last session closes

Thanks. I just tried that but I'm still having the same problem. Only now, I
can't get it to output any debug information to the syslog.

I had the same problem on a RedHat 6.2 system until I upgraded to pptpd
1.1.2.
