[pptp-server] pptpd exits after last session closes

One thing that got me was the 'make install' for 1.1.2 didn't actually
put the file in /usr/sbin as expected, so I was still running the old
one when I thought I was running the new one.  I spent a couple of days
pulling my hair out until I found that one.
