[pptp-server] Question: Is it possible to use NAT at each end of the connection..?

Yes, it is possible.  My connection works just fine to where I
work.  Below is a quick little text diagram.

Win98-and-Win2k-VirtualMachines at Linux-workstation <--(private lan)-->
Linux 2.2 Masquerading firewall on dialup   <--(internet)-->   Firewall &
Linux 2.4 NAT translator  <--(private lan)--->  NT Server
