[pptp-server] After clicking the VPN-Icon in Win2K I get the "Verifying username and password" - and that's it.

It seems there have been some problems recently with old chapms, try
removing +chapms from the config file.  Also, lower your MTU and
MRU.  Plus, feel free to drop mppe-40
