[pptp-server] MPPE works with chapms, not chapms-v2

Hi Josh,

I have no problems :

I'm using Kernel 2.4.2 (upgraded from 2.4.1, pppd-2.4.0) Windows 2k SP1
(SP1 is not really needed)
