[pptp-server] Compiling PPP with MSCHAPv2/MPPE.

That HOWTO is very out of date.

Read the README, and somewhere around ppp-2.4.0 there is a mention of RedHat
and download of "2 patches", one of which is for the 2.4 kernel.  Just apply
it, recompile the kernel (make dep clean install) and make the modules (make
modules SUBDIRS=drivers/net && make modules_install).
