[pptp-server] Newbie trouble GRE fail

Hi all

I've just installed pptp-1.0.1 on a RH 7.2 box with stock ppp.
I use iptables allowing everything in from a specific host from where i'm
trying to connect with a win98 box
my ppp options file is as follows:

debug
auth
require-chap
proxyarp

my pptp.conf is:

debug
localip 192.168.0.15-20
remoteip 192.168.0.21-254
pidfile /var/run/pptpd.pid

so when i start pptp with the command:

HOME=/etc/ppp/
/usr/sbin/pptpd -d

and i try to connect from the w98 box i get the following log:
