[pptp-server] 56-bit encryption

Yes I agree, but thanks for the info anyway. I was asking because I setup
one place with the pptp client, but the admin of the server that it connnects
to are just running 56-bit (no 40-bit) and have no clue what I'm talking
about when I suggest 128-bit. (Yes, this worries me....)
Is running the update and rebooting that hard, NO..
but that is beyond my control. Thanks for your input.
