[pptp-server] Data Encryption

I am using Mandrake Linux 8 with kernel version 2.4.3-20.
I am using PopTop version 1.0.1

I have tried connecting with WinME and WinXP, both with the same result.
WinME, I believe, is using DUN1.4. WinXP, I am not sure of the version
number but I assume it would be the latest.
