[pptp-server] encryption and authentification?

Hi,
   After i changed the /etc/ppp/chap-secrets:
       vip * vip *
   Now the authentication is OK, thanks a lot.

   But if encryption is needed ,it will be wrong 
:error 741. when the client login on.
   My ppp is ppp-2.3.11,can u tell me what i 
need do ?
