[pptp-server] GRE window size

Is there anyway to adjust the window size for acknowledging packets coming
out of the tunnel?

At the moment in the source I see we just go with whatever the windows
client says.  However using tcpdump I'm seeing a 1:1 ratio of output
packets to acks sent back.
