[pptp-server] How to install the mppe on slackware 7.1 and Doesn't assing IP

I've been searching on the net for this, but couldn't
find any that matches what I have on my system...

At this time PPTP is functionning without Encryption
in my intranet...

Form the internet the client is reporting: The server
did not assign an address

-- Here is the pptp.conf --
option /etc/ppp/options
localip 192.168.1.10-14
remoteip 192.168.1.15-19

-- end --
