[pptp-server] PPTP with PPP in sync mode problem

G'day Sang,

As far as I know, pptpd does not handle sync PPP.  I would expect
disconnection.  What version is it you are running?  Have you modified
it to handle sync?

Were the poor performance results using pptpd or some other PPTP server?
