[pptp-server] OT: pptpd monitor app?

I'd like to be able to quickly see what connections into pptpd are active,
what IP they come in from, bandwidth, etc.  Is there a utility to display
such information?  X-Windows or command-line, I'd be happy as long as it's
quicker than doing an ifconfig and sifting through pptpd.log!  :-)
