I don't understand the question.  Get and compile kernel 2.4.17 like you would 
any other kernel.  Make sure you have PPP support enabled (in kernel or as 
module). Get the latest stable pppd and compile.  That should be all there is 
to it; just follow the normal pptp instructions.
