[pptp-server] LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests

hi,
i have seen a similar problem when i was having a setup of pptpserver on
linux and the client was win9x.
and the solution was to uninstall and install all the dialup adapters and vpn
adapters on win9x.
but, i am not much aware of winNT pptp server.
