[pptp-server] PPTP VPN Connection Performance Under Linux vs Windows

I'm guessing linux is obeying the negotiated (default) speedlimit in
/etc/pptpd.conf of 115200 bits per second. Wouldn't be the first time M$
Windows does everything it's own way. Just set the speed to 1000000.
This should crank up the speed for the linux-boxes.
