[pptp-server] Passwords

Is there a way to 1)Allow users to change their own password, and 
2)Keep the passwords in an encrypted form on the server?

These are the two big obsticles to my company allowing me to get rid of 
those blasted MicroSlop domain controller and tunnel machines.
