[pptp-server] almost success, I think

Lonnie-

Same here on all. It really looks like a Win2000 problem to me, which is why
I gave up. I have Win98 and WinNT4.0 clients that can access with encryption
just fine, but trying the Win2000 box, no can do. I wish I had words of
wisdom, but maybe there is comfort in just knowing it isn't you.
