[pptp-server] Using Windows 98 with the MPPE encryption?

Hello, well, I've got everything up and running, and all clients can use
PoPToP just fine without encryption.  I built the newest version of PPP, and
now Windows 95 clients will authenticate and connect using the MPPE
encryption.  But, I cannot get Windows 98 or Windows NT to work with the
MPPE.  Has anyone out thier figured it out?
