[pptp-server] routing???

Hi well I just set up my vpn network ok when Im on the NT I see all the network of the linux Server, workstation ...
but I can only access the server, when I try the other station I get cant connect ....
and if I try to make a ping to the server it work but to the station it fail so I guess it a routing issue anyone have a answer ?
