[pptp-server] FW: PPTP. PAP. and the compaq Microcom.

i think the problem you are experiencing is that the pptp box you are
using uses the "official" way of initiating a pptp connection, namely
using an in_call_req. However, all the clients we tested did things the
wrong way, but since ALL the clients did it, we didn't bother implementing
the right way. 

All that needs to be done is put in handlers for the IN_CALL_REQ style of
call initiation. It should be done soon.
