[pptp-server] one problem I've run into

I made need to address this to the pptp client author but I get the
following error from the pptp client


Command: pptp hostname debug name skvidal

warn[open_inetsock:pptp_callmgr.c:287]: connect: Connection refused
fatal[callmgr_main:pptp_callmgr.c:122]: Could not open control connection to
111.222.333.444
fatal[launch_callmgr:pptp.c:213]: Call manager exited with error 256


the pptpd server wakes up and starts the auth process but I'm getting
nowhere.

i haven't changed anything on either sides config (other than adding a
ms-dns and ms-wins statement to the options file (that I promptly removed
when I couldn't connect) no other changes

any ideas.
