[pptp-server] arp / proxyarp

when sending this command:

arp --set $REMOTE_IP_ADDRESS 00:60:08:98:14:14 pub >> /var/run/ppp.up	

should the 00:60:08:98:14:14 be the hardware address of my ethernet port on 
the pptp server ,the client, the firewall, etc? i tried it with the pptp 
server's eth0 address, and it didnt seem to work.. what did i miss?
