[pptp-server] Connection limitations?

Does anyone know what the connection limitations are of the poptop
server? I have looked at Moretonbay's documents for the NETtel 2520,
which uses poptop, and it says that it can only handle 4 simultanios
connections. Has this limitation carried over into the GPL'd software as
well??
