Good!! WINS server is enabled.

Huh! Above you have WINS support enabled, now your disabling WINS support.
Bzzt!! Also, look at the "preferred master" setting.

Don't forget that all other Windows systems on your LAN must "register" with
the WINS server for them to be seen in Network Neighborhood from the remote
PPTP client. Otherwise the master browser list is generated through
broadcast packets. <groan>
