[pptp-server] pptp client and poptop (Am I going crazy)

in pptp linux, BOTH sides need a chap-secrets file to authenticate.. so if
you dont have a chap-secrets file on the pptp side, make one. I have never
used the pptp client personally, but i have seen this problem a few times so
far on this list.
