[pptp-server] making mppe a bit more comfortable

simply put the following line into
/etc/conf.modules:

alias     ppp-compress-18      ppp_mppe

and you don't have to insmod ppp_mppe manually
(i'm using suse6.3, pppd 2.3.8 + patch)
