Ok, I'll bite...

Even with a WINS server browsing doesn't seem to work with "foreign"
winblows - PoPToP clients onto an NT domain... even though the domain logins
work.

Shares are available, etc.

So, what makes it work?

Others on the list have indicated that this -IS- a problem...

You imply it's not.
