[pptp-server] ipx setup

i looked through the archives and saw a couple people say they have it
working, and more people asking for the configs to be posted but i never
saw the configs or any kind of howto.  i've gotten it to the point that
ppp is doing a confreq with ipx info, but it looks like the windows box
never responds to that, or something.  ip continues to work just fine.  so
please, if you have ipx working send the list info about it.  we'll all
love you :-).
