[pptp-server] pptp behind a Pipeline 75

If the clients are all behind a linux pptp_masq do they still appear from
the same ip? There is only a singe *public* ip address in use.

The "problem" is probably that both sesions appear to be coming from the
inside IP address of the P75, or that the two clients are otherwise
appearing to come from the same address. The issue here is that PoPToP
doesn't (yet ;-) support multiplexing of calls from the same IP address.

David Luyer explained this in his message dated "Tue, 18 Jul 2000
23:04:59" (should be in the archives).

Of course, if the sessions aren't appearing to come from the same address
then some further investigation is needed.
